Refunds / Returns

You have the option of exercising your right of cancellation (see General Terms and Conditions §6 and §7) within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Please be sure to film an unpacking video of your order to provide proof of missing items or missing inserts. We cannot offer refunds for missing content if items have been opened and/or proof of unpacking is not provided.

Minor packaging damage (as well as scratches, creases and dents) are excluded from complaints. The packaging serves to protect the product.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

- Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Delivery of newspapers, magazines without subscription
- the supply of products in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Products that do not arrive in a machine-sealed package if the package has been opened after delivery
- Platform / Weverse albums if they have been opened after delivery.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. All other costs will be refunded to the account of the original payment. You will find all details on revocation and returns in the General Terms and Conditions.

We recommend that you include a tracking number with your return, as we can no longer guarantee a refund in the event of loss by the post office.
